Thank you for your interest in dermaXgen. We strive to improve your experience every time you shop at our website. Following information constitutes the charges and schedules as well as some rules and regulations for shipping.
All shipments are dispatched from our warehouse in Texas, Murphy.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Schedule
We are proudly offer FREE SHIPPING STANDARD on all US orders above $75 and above to the contiguous states in America. For shipments amounting to less than $75, we charge delivery of $7.95 for UPS Ground shipping. However, it’s important to note that UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. UPS doesn’t deliver to P.O. boxes. Also, Army Post Office and Fleet Post Office addresses aren’t accepted by UPS.
All orders are usually shipped within 5-7 business days unless informed otherwise. We may delay the order by a few days if we experience a high volume of orders. But we will inform you when and if we do so, via email.
Depending upon your carrier or your method of delivery and Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Refer to the table below. You can find out the estimated charges in the table below.
No orders are processed and/or shipped on federal holidays.
All shipments will only be made to a valid street address.
